How do I get my ex back even if my situation seems hopeless? Can I really do it?
Or should I simply move on since it is impossible no matter how hard I try? Maybe I should really consider letting go of the relationship?

These are all probable problems that stack the odds all against you. So, what can you do about it? And what are you going to do about it? Well, first, you have to really ask yourself whether you are serious about getting your ex back.
Yes, suddenly I started sounding like your friends and family members. But this is really important. If you are not really sure about it yourself, how can you convince your friends and family members?
And if your ex is ignoring you, you probably should stop calling him/her for the time being as being too persistent is not going to help you in this situation. This is especially true if you have just broken up.
You don't want to push him/her too hard now as it may backfire. You don't want to take the risk of irritating him/her too much such that he/she decided to cut off all contacts with you. You certainly do not want this kind of situation to happen.
Perhaps one month will be a good time period. This allows both of you to regain composure. You will then be in a better decision to decide whether you still want to get your lover back.
