You may also want to remove anything in your room that will remind you of your ex. Seeing those things can remind you of the unhappy memories of your break up. 2) Broke up for a period of time already
If this is your situation, then you will want to consider what is the cause of the break up.
If the problems lie with you, then you will have to seriously ask yourself whether you are willing to change for the benefit of the relationship. If not, there is no point getting back as there is a high chance that both of you will break up again.
