Is getting ex back an insurmountable task? Well, my answer is yes, if you think it is. No, if you think it isn't.
I apologize for the pun but I really believe that the way you think will determine whether you can get your ex back. What you think becomes true. This is because it will affect the way you present yourself.
If you think getting your ex back is difficult, you will tend to present yourself as someone who is needy and desperate to get him/her back to you. This is definitely a big turn off for your ex.
On the contrary, if you believe that you are worthy and is confident that you can attract your ex back, you will begin to present yourself in a different manner. And don't be surprise that it may work like magic. So called, the "magic of making up".
A principle that you will want to know is this. Sometimes, the more you desire something, the further it runs away from you. That is not to say that you can't have desire. Just that you don't want to overdo it.
Let me give you an example to illustrate. Say if Jane just broke up with John. She still loves him. So, obviously, she has a very strong desire to get John back. What she did was to keep on calling and messaging John.
And guess what happens, the more calls and messages John receive from Jane, the more he wants to run away. Maybe inside his mind, he is thinking, "Oh please, GIVE ME A BREAK!"
This is something that you definitely do not want. So, even if you desire to get your ex back, you will need to know how to do it with grace,
So, how can you do so with grace? Instead of putting too much focus on your ex, why not focus on yourself instead. You can't force your ex to come back to you. But you can certainly work on yourself to become more attractive.
And there are many ways you can do that. Do more exercises, improve your appearances by making the effort to dress well, improve your communication skill by taking a course, pick up a new skill like dancing and so on. There are so many things that are within your control. Focus on them and it will put you in a better position to get your ex back.
