"Is getting ex back possible? Or should I just move on?"
Well, I can't give you a definite answer to this question because whether you can get your ex back depends on many factors. But if you really believed that both of you are meant to be soul mate, I don't see any reason why you can't enjoy the magic of making up. Personally, I believed that it is possible to get your ex back, no matter how impossible the situation seems to you.
Consider this example. I have heard of couples who have separated for a period of around thirty years, without any form of contact. Yet, they managed to meet each other again, thirty years later, thanks to the Internet. And guess what, they fell in love again and even got married.
And in case you think this kind of marriage will lead to problems, well, it is not true. They do live happily together after marriage. And I believe there are definitely more than one example of such couples reuniting after a long period of time.
So, if couples can get back together after more than 30 years, what makes you think you can't get your ex back? Personally, I believe that if both of you are really meant for each other, then no obstacles can stop you. You can definitely get your ex back. But of course, you don't want to wait for another thirty years, do you?
And let's consider another example. Have you heard of couples reuniting after many affairs? A typical scenario is that the guy has always been a very good husband. "Good" in the eyes of his wife.
Then, something happens. The wife senses something wrong about the relationship. But the husband always managed to give a good explanation. This drags on for many years until the wife finally found out that her husband is having an affair. And guess what, the husband has had affairs with more than one woman.
But somehow, miraculously, they managed to sort things out and eventually, they do get back together. In fact, their love for each other may even increase after sorting out all their problems. This is usually because they began to understand each other more after going through such a tough time.
Couples reunite almost every single day. You can definitely experience the magic of making up, if both of you are meant to be together.
