Perhaps you have been very troubled by this question, "I want to get my guy back. How can I get my boyfriend back?" Or maybe you are thinking of whether you should get back together with your boyfriend.
Let us briefly answer the two questions one by one.
1) How can I get my boyfriend back?
If you want to get back your boyfriend, it will help you if you know this principle. There are several principle involved but I feel this is the most important one. And that is, "People want what they do not have."
The harder it is for people to get something, the more they want it. So whatever you do, you will want to adhere to this guideline.
For example, a lot of people made the mistake of doing things like calling the ex boyfriend again and again, especially just after a break up.
This is clearly a violation of this principle. If you keep on calling, your boyfriend may perceived you as being needy, which indirectly means he can easily get you. So, according to this principle, he won't be as eager to get back to you.
2) Should I get back together with my ex?
It depends on your stages of break up.
If you have just broken up, now is not the time to make any decision. You are probably too emotionally devastated to be able to think clearly. Give yourself something to heal your emotion and if possible, don't look for your boyfriend for the time being.
It is likely that you will feel like it is the end of the world without your boyfriend. But after giving yourself some time to heal your emotions, you may have a different outlook. And when you are at a better emotional state, you will be able to make a better decision.
If you have already broken up with your ex for quite some time, then here are some guidelines on whether you want to get back with your ex. I am of course assuming that he is still single and available and you are too.
a) Do you think he is still interested in you?
If he still shows care and concern for you, he is probably still interested in you. You still stand a chance. A good guideline is that he is not showing any "indifference" towards you.
Here is one quick test you can use. You can talk to him about another guy. See how he reacts. If he doesn't seem to care, then it may be time for you to move on. You want to be careful with this tactic.
One way you can do so is maybe to get a guy friend to help you. Ask him to call you on the phone when you are meeting your boyfriend. Try to use a subtle way to let your boyfriend know that it is a guy calling you.
b) Are you still interested in him
