Granted, creating these works of genius may in fact also be a waste of time (and kind of addictive), but it will likely get the point across.
Other effective hints might take even more effort, but drastic times call for drastic measures. Forwarding all the spam received in a day to the boss, and making them aware of how long it took you to sort through it all, sends a pretty aggressive, but un-ignorable message that this spam is getting in the way of the office\'s daily work and productivity.
And if all that doesn\'t work, well, then you could offer to make breakfast for the boss, and be sure to use as much Spam canned \"meat\" as possible on the menu. It is amazing how much not having to deal with reams of spam can improve everyone\'s mood, which may be another point to make when submitting any of these gems for consideration.
