The Major Arcana refers to the most divine form of beauty among all the other tarot cards. In addition, the Major Arcana also refers to the highest possible symbolism in its own.

The Sun

The Positive qualities are joy, achievement, energy, academic success, children, vitality, and health.
Negative attributes are relationship blues, autism, hypersensitivity, allergies, delayed happiness, failures.

The Moon

The Negative qualities are escapism, illusion, deception, secretive, insincerity, dishonesty, desperate, trickery.

The Star

The Positive qualities are spiritual love, renewal, fulfillment, confidence, hope, inspiration.
Some Negative attributes are rigidity, obstinacy, self doubt, unhappiness.

The Devil

If the card is upright, it represents materialism, conflict between spiritual/creative fulfillment and security, hoarding money, frustration, lust, oppression, carnal craving, and self knowledge.
If reversed it means avarice, overleaping ambition, evil, exclusive focus on material success, and abuse of authority.

Temperance

Adaptability, balance, harmony, management, diplomacy, maturity, coordination, placidity, cooperation are the positive qualities when the card is upright.
Instability, fickle ways, restlessness, physical stress, conflict, imbalances, failure at multitasking, poor judgment, volatility are the negative traits if the card is reversed.

Death

Upright card means new beginnings, alterations, change, transformation, end of episodes.
Reversed card signifies lethargy, all forms of exhaustion, unpleasant changes and painful transitions.

The Hanged Man

It represents THE SPIRIT OF THE MIGHTY WATERS. If the card is upright, it stands for transformation, rebirth, revivification, a waiting period, present sacrifices for future benefits, flexibility of mind, adaptability, temporary suspension of advancement, devotion.
When the card is reversed, it signifies apathy, oppression, selfishness, materialism, lack of commitment, loss, and status quo.

Justice

This is ruled by Libra and represents THE DAUGHTER OF THE LORDS OF TRUTH. If upright it will stand for justice, fair play, straightforwardness, clarity, marriage, divorce, legal action, resolution of conflicts, lack of prejudice.

It represents good fortune, benevolent destiny, progress, effortless success, new beginnings, when upright.
If reversed, brace yourself for ill luck, gambling, delays, problems, interruptions, difficulties.

If the card is reversed, it forebodes poverty, unwanted pregnancy, promiscuity, sterility, relationship blues, creative blocks, domestic disturbance, lack of affection, failure to attain success.

The Fool

It stands for spontaneity, navet, innocence, unexpected incidents, important decisions, new internal beginnings, optimism, joy, force, and energy when upright.
When reversed, it signifies impulsiveness, wastage of creative energy, instability, gambling, foolishness, rashness, not finishing previous tasks, seekers of constant change.
